Your TC, what do you need to know?

Our company is based in Houston, Texas, however, your Training Center Coordinator is located in Kennesaw, GA (just north of Atlanta). RC Health Services strives to be the premier Training Center and we uphold our instructors to a high standard of professionalism.  Being aligned with RC Health provides you with great benefits and support.  We are here to help you in anyway we can and are always striving to improve our training to our instructors. We expect you to maintain a high level of professionalism with us and your clients.  When you are providing training, you are not only representing yourself, you are representing RC Health Services and AHA.

Unhappy students like to make complaints to AHA and it is in their right to do so.  We take these complaints very seriously as does AHA. Once AHA receives a complaint, it is our duty to collect information, provide retraining if necessary, and inform AHA of the steps we intend to take to resolve the issue.  If students make continued complaints to us or AHA, we reserve the right to discontinue affiliation with you.

It is up to you to provide professional and quality customer service to your clients. Follow the golden rule!  Always remember, we expect you to do what is right by your customer!
