PAM is AHA’s Program Administration Manual found on the instructor network. She is so important, they gave her her own tab!
How do I find this instructor network you speak of?
Login using your email and password you created. This is the site where you created an account long ago to get that instructor ID#.
PAM covers AHA policies, procedures, training center organization, training boundaries, ethics, guidelines, training sites, use of logos, etc. AHA updates this regularly so it is important to check it often.
